Newsweek has ranked Autumn View Health Care Facility as No. 20 out of more than 600 facilities in New York state for the 2025 Best Nursing Homes report. This makes it the second-highest-ranked proprietary facility in the state and among the nation’s top 1,050 facilities out of 14,858 analyzed.

Autumn View is among a short list of facilities state-wide to have achieved the top quintile status in New York State’s Nursing Home Quality Initiative (NHQI) for 10 out of 10 years.
