Edward oversees the operation of 19 skilled nursing, rehab and assisted living facilities with an enterprise-wide staff that numbers more than 4,000. He demonstrates a long-term commitment to investing in the technology, programming and staffing necessary to enhance quality of care and patient outcomes. Edward is lauded with orchestrating vital industry restructurings in 2020 and 2022. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he partnered with the Catholic Health System of Western New York to open the St. Joseph’s Post-Acute Center, the first COVID-only nursing home in the United States.

He has been approved under character and competency review by the New York Department of Health and Public Health and Health Planning Council (PHHPC) multiple times.

Edward holds professional licenses with the New York Bar; US Court of Appeals, 2nd Circuit;

US District Court, Southern District of New York; US District Court, Eastern District of New York and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York.

Edward serves as Trustee for 1199SEIU Regional Pension Fund, Upstate NY; is on the Board of Directors for Nassau Health Care Corporation, Be’er Hagolah Institute and the Health Care Advisory Panel – Hudson Valley Pattern for Progress. He is also a Trustee for Rabbinical College of America, serves as Budget Officer for the Village of Woodsburgh, NY, is a member of the Legal Committee for American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living, AHCA/NCAL and is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization.
