Colleen O’Connell-Jancevski, Esq.

Colleen serves as legal advisor and human resources director on labor and employment matters including performance management, wage and hour laws, workers’ compensation, unemployment and other state agency claims, labor relations, employee benefits, employment agreements, policy related issues, organizational restructuring, FMLA and PFL matters, defense of NYSDHR, EEOC and DOL charges.

She holds degrees from the State University of New York at Buffalo, Law School and Cornell University, School of Industrial Labor Relations. She Past-President of the Board of Directors and current member of Response to Love Center.
