What is Adult Day Health Care?

At Golden Days, individuals seeking community-based skilled nursing care can receive medical services, meals, social engagement and recreational activities in a safe, comfortable setting. Our interdisciplinary team provides integration and coordination between members, caregivers, community agencies and primary care physicians to ensure all members’ needs are met.
