Golden Days helps keep people living at home and interacting in the community. We provide nursing day services to adults 21 and over. Add hot meals, hygiene assistance, stimulating recreation, and medication management, and we have a recipe for AWESOME!
What is Adult Day Health Care?
At Golden Days, individuals seeking community-based skilled nursing care can receive medical services, meals, social engagement and recreational activities in a safe, comfortable setting. Our interdisciplinary team provides integration and coordination between participants, caregivers, community agencies and primary care physicians to ensure all participants’ needs are met.
Support by Day, Home by Night
Our program is ideal for individuals who have recently been discharged from the hospital and would benefit from daily care to enhance the recovery process.

Golden Days is open Monday – Friday from 8 am – 4 pm
We accept: Medicaid, MLTC, VA & Private Pay
