Faith Levesque, MPA, CDP, LNHA

Faith Levesque, MPA, CDP, LNHA, serves as the Regional Vice President for Taconic Health Care’s three skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities including Taconic Rehabilitation and Nursing at Beacon, located in Beacon; Taconic Rehabilitation and Nursing at Hopewell, located in Fishkill; and Taconic Rehabilitation and Nursing at Ulster, located in Highland.

In this role, Faith is responsible for the management and operation of more than 440 beds and 600 employees. She holds a bachelor of business administration from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and a master’s degree in public administration from Long Island University. Faith began her journey in health care as a Dietary Aide in a nursing home during high school and moved through the ranks holding roles as a Social Worker and Administrator.
