Dakoda Rizzo

Please join us in congratulating Dakoda Rizzo on her role as the new RN Nurse Educator/ Inservice Coordinator at Chautauqua Nursing & Rehabilitation Center!

Here’s an intro from her:

I have worked at CTNRC for a total of 5 years; however, I’ve been in the healthcare field for more than 8 years. I started here as an LPN and worked my way up to my current position.

The thing I enjoy the most is coming in and seeing the residents; they truly make my day better. I’m passionate about teaching and building up the best team possible for this type of work. I also love a good challenge and problem solving.

I enjoy teaching the Nursing Assistant Training program because it allows me to build up CNAs who will be confident in caring for our amazing residents. I get satisfaction from supporting all of our NATs and cheering them on as they move into their roles as CNAs.
