Pat brings more than 30 years of long-term care experience, including 15 years in senior leadership roles and 11 years as a nursing home Administrator. His expertise spans operational management, leadership training and development, crisis management, and emergency preparedness. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning & Regional Analysis and a master’s degree in Business Administration.
In addition to his executive leadership background, Pat developed his own Psychologically Informed, Behavioral Aligned leadership ecosystem, Conditions for Performance© (CfP). This framework serves as the primary vehicle he uses to translate psychological and behavioral science theories into practical, real-world strategies that drive performance, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and improve operational outcomes.
